    This delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from Uruguay displays grassy and herbaceous notes mingled with slight savory herb. Very little bitterness and pungency. Crush date: May 2016.

The flavorings are produced by crushing the whole fruits or the natural reduction of an herb, plant or fruit together with the olives thereby resulting in oils that are unique and delicious.   • Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil (HOT!)

    The Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to the region of the Barbary Coast of North Africa. This is the only example of this fruity and mildly spicy green chili olive oil in the world. This oil is made by combining one pound of organic extra virgin olive oil with 1.6 pounds of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. Add to salsas for an extra kick.
