  • Aged Dark Espresso Balsamic

    This balsamic is amazingly complex with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee.

    Notes: It makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for any meat. Try an “affogato float” which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean ice cream or gelato. Pair with Roasted Walnut or Blood Orange Oil.

  • Aged Pure Maple Balsamic

    This vinegar is made with real 100% pure maple syrup produced at a small family farm in Vermont. It can be used
    on pork chops, drizzled over pancakes, waffles, & ice cream, used for glazing bacon and is great in marinades and dressings.
